From Washington to Boston, big cities and small towns Sunday buttoned down against the onslaught of hurricane Sandy that could effect 50 million people in the most heavily populated corridor in the nation, with forecasters warning that the New York area could get the worst of it — an 11-foot wall of water. While flooding will not effect HBS, power outages and the phones could be effected. During the hurricane last year we lost or phones for about 6 hours.  Our hosting facility is designed to withstand these kind of events and should not be effected.

Due to the worsening conditions HBS’s office will be minimally staffed on Monday and Tuesday.  The staff that is in will do everything in its power to assist all our customers in need.  We ask that all our customer hold any non-immediate questions or issues until our office resume normal operations (currently estimated as Wednesday).  In the event  HBS loses power and or our phone please continue to use the Customer Service line.  Leave a message and someone will respond as soon as possible.

Thank you for your cooperation, we greatly appreciate it.

HBS offices are still out of power.  HBS will be operating with emergency staff for the remainder of the week.  If you need assistance please leave a message on the customer service line and someone will get back to you as soon as possible.
