HBS believes effective training is an integral part of any successful implementation. Our goal is to ensure appropriate personnel are efficiently trained in systems operation and administration. Our team utilizes various training methods available including classroom training and train-the-trainer. Training can be conducted at the client's site.

On-Site Training – Classroom or one-on-one training is available for everyone from the payroll department to the end user. Customized manuals are included.

Train the trainers –The HBS instructors will conduct classes in the most effective ways for client trainers to learn to educate both managers and employee users. Customized manual will are included.

Training via WEB Training classes – Web conferencing technology can be used to train everyone from the payroll department to the end user. Customized manuals can be downloaded.
