During the discovery phase of your implementation HBS consultants will help you analyze your business process and workflows.  The consultants will guide you through our workbook to define and document your requirements.  The consultants rely on their experience to know “what questions to ask” and help define requirements you didn’t know you had.  The consultants will present you with all your options and help you sort through the benefits and downfalls of each.  Together you will select what is best for your organization and design the final solution that will meet your needs.

Pre Sales Consulting

Designed to help companies that are evaluating time keeping options or are planning to do so in the near future.  Our consulting staff will help you review your business processes and workflows to determine your basic requirements.  They will provide you with documentation defining your needs, options and even recommendations.  The documentation will give you a basis for evaluating potential vendors and determining what would be best for your organization.  It is very useful even if HBS is not selected as the vendor of choice.  The consultants can also assist you in developing a RFP with scoring that accurately assess the vendors understanding of your needs and their ability to meet them.
