For many organizations electronic time clock terminals are the best way to capture time and attendance information for their workforce. Many users are able to clock their time quickly and efficiently. They can also operate without power or network connection when needed. HBS has partnered with leading time clock manufactures to provide the most reliable and cost effective solutions.

The terminals HBS offers can be equipped with multiple readers and connection technologies. The readers include all standard barcode, magnetic strip and proximity formats along with bio-metrics to eliminate buddy punching. Most clients use Ethernet connection but modem clocks are available for remote locations without internet/intranet capabilities. The terminals can handle all standard clocking functions as well as access control, balance information and many others.

The terminals integrate seamlessly with all HBS applications through the TP Clock module. All support is provided by the HBS Customer Support Center.

The TP Web Clock Module is an add-on module for the TP Time Suite. As with all modules the TP Web Clock Module is seamlessly integrated with the TP Time Suite and can be purchased at any time.

The TP Web Clock is a web enabled application designed to replicate the common functionality provided by hardware time clocks. The TP Web Clock can be implemented to supplement or replace existing hardware time clocks.

The TP Web Clock has several advantages over standard hardware clocks. The TP Web Clock only requires a computer with a web browser. There is no costly additional hardware or hardware maintenance agreements required. If one computer ceases to function any other computer with access can be substituted. Another key advantage to the TP Web Clock is that it can be set up and rolled out extremely fast. Programming standard clocks to complete custom tasks can be expensive and time consuming. The TP Web Clock also has expanded functionality over standard hardware clocks. The TP Web Clock has advanced messaging and balance display that can easily link to other functions within the TP Time Suite application.

The TP Web Clock can integrate with existing LDAP and third party single sign-on applications. In keeping with the design of all HBS TP Time Suite products the TP Web Clock can be customized to meet any requirements.

Designed for companies with a mobile, disbursed, transient or "clock-averse" workforce, that wants to quickly and accurately capture employee time and attendance information. HBS partnered with Telliris to develop the TP Phone Module, a best of breed solution that integrates seamlessly with all HBS products. The TP Phone Module can perform all functions of a standard time clock and allow access to any other functions in the TP Time Suite application.

The uses of a PDA or other handheld device can be extremely accommodating in a mobile workforce. Mistakes can be eliminated by allowing users to enter their time and attendance information immediately. The system can allow users to perform many of the TP Time Suites functions using the devices internet service. Due to the devices limitations such as screen size, resolution and browser use, HBS developed an optimized version that allows users to view sites at its original outlook. HBS can also create a version that works without internet connection. It stores the data on the device and uploads it at a later time. The system can be configured to work with all popular devices.
