ecotime® Accruals Module

The ecotime® Accrual Module supports the earning of time in an unlimited number of categories. This can include sick, vacation, personal time and more. Each category can have multiple schedules and be based on a unique set of rules. They can include:

  • Accruals run on any scheduled day or period or time
  • Amount of time earned based on various factors
  • Maximum set to balances earned
  • Balances carried over

ecotime® Accruals is a powerful tool designed to process complex requirements. Many HBS clients have turned to our system when their payroll or HR systems have failed to handle their needs.

ecotime® Scheduling Module

The ecotime® Scheduling Module is an add-on module for the HBS ecotime® system. As with all modules ecotime® Scheduling module is seamlessly integrated with ecotime® Time Suite and can be purchased at any time. It provides the payroll user with the ability to define the types of schedules available to managers or supervisors to assign to their employees.

With ecotime® Scheduling module the supervisor can gain greater control over the management of those employees assigned to them. A supervisor has the ability to assign variations of a particular schedule to each employee. Schedules are set up with a start and end date for an assignment allowing supervisors to easily set up schedules for future dates. Schedules can be edited for the start, end, as well as break times for each employee creating numerous variations to the existing schedule that can then be assigned to further employees.

When integrated with ecotime® Web Clock, ecotime® Clock, or ecotime® Phone modules and an in/out time sheet, supervisors can use the special attendance screen. This attendance screen allows a supervisor to check the status of employees at the time of clock-in. This provides them the means to find out quickly and easily of any employee not clocked-in and to act quickly to resolve the situation. It may be to correct a forgotten punch or call in a needed replacement.

ecotime® Scheduling module has an additional Mass Scheduling option. This option allows supervisors to assign schedules to multiple employees at one time.

ecotime® Retro Active Pay Module

ecotime® Retro Active Pay Module allows authorized payroll staff to recalculate employee’s pay based on different rates and to create transactions based on the change for processing in the next pay cycle. The system will take the detail transaction from the history component for a specified period of time for any amount of employees. Based on information entered by the payroll staff, a recalculation of each transaction for each employee will be created.
